How It Works:
1. Message or call us on 0331-0074274 (WhatsApp works too) within 2 days of delivery.
2. Share your order number and tell us what went wrong
3. We arrange your exchange, refund or discount fix. Done.
Just keep in mind
● Send items back unused and unmodified. Damaged or altered parts can't be exchanged.
● Keep the original box in good shape. If the packaging is damaged, its value may be taken off your refund.
